A new and very popular summer treat has come to Edmonton! It’s called MishMash parfait. They come from the famous Scoop n Roll in our city. Currently parked in the parking lot of Kingsway Mall. They serve up soft serve ice creams, and parfaits.

I’ve already been a couple of times now since it’s conveniently close to me. I got their mango-strawberry swirl, and their chocolate vanilla swirl. Since I’ve been, they’ve also added matcha to their repertoire of flavours, so I’ll have to come back and give that a try.

On my second visit, I did have a couple of parfaits, which comes with additional treats at the bottom. Cheese cake, strawberries, or their chocolate which has brownie, oreo, and chocolate mousse.  They also have some limited edition parfaits too, like their cocktail parfait which has banana, Strawberry, Mango, Kiwi with honey and whipped cream, twisted with the new flavours pistachio and orange.
