Let’s Eat YEG is a passion project that started out as bucket-list of restaurants to dine in Edmonton. Having nowhere to jot down notes and post photos, a food blog was a natural progression. After settling on a name, the blog came together very quickly, and overnight, we became Edmonton Food bloggers. All of our reviews are our personal opinions, and they are heavily based on our specific experiences when we dine out. Restaurants can be quite dynamic so it may not reflect the establishment perfectly. We are just writing about our experience in hopes that can help people with their dining choices and to have a place to log our experiences. So, with that in mind, Let’s Eat YEG!
More About Us
Our names are Leduc and Jenn. We are both healthcare professionals during the day. Leduc works at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in the genetics laboratory and Jenn works as an occupational therapist. In our free time, you can find us eating, be it cooking a nice meal at home (and more recently, learning to bake) or eating out on the town! Leduc’s family has owned four different restaurants and cafés in Red Deer and Edmonton, but now they focus primarily on making Vietnamese sausages. We do occasionally travel, so you can take a look at our food adventures outside the city as well.
Both having full time jobs, food blogging is just a fun way for us to connect with the local food scene.
We post most of our food adventures on Instagram if we don’t write a full post on our website.
