Let’s Eat YEG is a food blog that is based in Edmonton. All of my reviews are my own personal opinion, and they are heavily based on short experiences. Restaurants can be quite dynamic so it may not reflect the establishment perfectly. I’m just trying to write about my time there, so that it can help other people with their own dining choices. My first name is Leduc. I work at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in genetics during the day and in my free time you can find me eating something, be it cooking a nice meal at home, or out on the town! I do occasionally travel, so you can take a look at my food adventures outside the city as well. I post most of my food adventures on Instagram if I don’t write a full post on my website.
My family has owned four different restaurants and cafés in Red Deer and Edmonton, but now they focus primarily on making Vietnamese sausages.
