Long overdue post on Doughnut Party. There aren’t too many places to get fresh doughnuts in Edmonton. I’ve had Doughnut Party doughnuts several times now, they are often at pop-ups, catered at various events, etc. I went recently to their location on 119th street to get a box for a road trip. A box of 6 will ring about $16 which seems a bit expensive but the doughnuts are quite large.

They often sell out and close relatively early, so if you want to get doughnuts, make sure you get there early! Their varieties change every so often, so if you want a specific kind, call ahead to see if it’s being offered that day.

In my box, there was passion fruit, fritter, birthday cake, cherry, and a couple others I can’t remember. These are yeast doughnuts, and they are very light and fluffy. Overall, great choice doughnuts! I couldn’t eat these everyday, but for a nice treat, it’s nice to grab one if you’re in the area. I’ve had so many different kinds at pop-ups too! Each very fluffy and delicious.

Another tasty doughnut that’s often found at events is their birthday cake Doughnut. Bright, lively, and delicious. Fluffy as their other doughnuts, and has little bits of sugared cake and sprinkles around.
