Over the summer, Transcend Coffee, they renovated their space on 109th street, and along with that, launched a new menu! I’ve been to Transcend a number of times before for coffee, but opted to give their new coffee slushie a try, and a sandwich!

The space is really beautiful with lots of lighting. It’s a great place to hang out and grab a coffee.

One of the sandwiches we got was their spicy ‘Nduja sandwich featuring Meuwlys meat! This was really good and packed a good kick! Overall really good and I’d definitely come back to check out the other food features that they have.

They also occasionally carry doughnuts from Apollo doughnuts. On this occasion I had the passion fruit glaze doughnut. Light, fluffy, and the glaze had a really nice tang. I really liked these doughnuts.

Usually, when I drink coffee at home, I just drink it black (easier on the calories), but when I’m going out, it’s usually a treat, so I opt for the latte. For the art, and for the gram! Really smooth and delicious!

Lastly, their new coffee slushie! Makes me really nostalgic and think of an Iced Capp from Tim Hortons. This however, was a lot better. Way less sweet and had a stronger coffee flavour. Definitely recommend and it’s great to drink on a summer day!
