Fishman Lobster Clubhouse has a fairly strong online presence for a Chinese restaurant, and this is due to their lobster mountain, which is highly instagrammable. It’s not very central, so I went here on the way back from Canada’s Wonderland.
The restaurant was completely packed when I went, and they had giant round tables of 10 everywhere, not really easy to sit two guests, but we got a table on their patio. They have giant tanks surrounding their restaurant with lobsters and other seafood.
We opted to get their lobster meal, which comes with lobster done how you like (the most popular is HK style), fried rice, and and steamed veggies. We opted to get a 5 pound lobster, which seemed reasonable. They came out and showed us the lobster and let us hold it and take pictures of it!

Our lobster mountain was huuge! 5 pounds really goes a long way. It was crazy how much lobster meat there was in each piece. HK style is lightly breaded and fried, and topped with fried garlic/onions and lettuce on top. They give you gloves to eat it with so you can keep your hands clean which was a nice touch.

The fried rice was tasty, and went well with some of the lobster which when you eat a lot, can get a bit salty. By itself, it’s nothing amazing, but I always love eating a bit of rice with my meal! Carbs are my friend.

The veggies were just steamed choy topped with some goji berries. Not bad, but not the show stopper here.
Ultimately, it was the lobster. It was actually a really good price as far as lobster goes, and between the two of us, we could barely finish all of the food! Great experience, fun, and a fun meal to share amongst a group of friends!
