I’ve been to Stages Kitchen & Bar for a few events in the past! They are the hotel restaurant that’s located inside the Double Tree. I was invited to give their new Table D’hôte Menu a try. It’s a multi-course menu that changes every month for about ~$30-45 dollars which varies depending on the main entree that you order.
In October, I tried to crunchy cakes for my appetizer, a grilled hoisin and honey glazed pork chop for my main, and their creme brulee for dessert. (And of course, a cocktail to start! Blood Orange Margarita. Tasty!)

The salmon cakes were really good! Nice and crunchy on the outside, and the interior was cooked perfect and tender. Overally really pleasant.

The grilled hoisin and honey glazed pork chop was tender and juicy and really good. I really liked the sweetness from the honey and hoisin. Overall, really good!

Lastly I got the creme brulee. I thought that the layer of sugar on the top was a little bit too thin, but overall, it was pretty good. The creme was nice and velvety and delicious.
Overall, I had a good experience at Stages. I don’t often find myself on the west side but this is a really good and viable option! The 3 course meal is a pretty good deal and I like how it changes monthly. I would definitely consult the website to see what is being featured and consider going if the menu items sound interesting.
